Precision:Our manufacturing process emphasizes precision molding and fixation performance. The product ensures uniform mesh stretching during formation, maintaining consistent immobilization capability to achieve stable and accurate patient positioning.

Softening Temperature:When immersed in 65°C-70°C water, the film softens completely within 3-4 minutes (indicated by transparent appearance). Complete softening facilitates optimal molding, enhances fixation effectiveness, and improves patient comfort during positioning.

Safety:During thermoforming, the material does not adhere to patient's hair, skin, or to itself. All products in this series use environmentally friendly materials and are biodegradable after disposal.

Comfort:Minimal shrinkage during stretching ensures patient comfort. Precision CNC-punched holes (accuracy up to 0.02mm) maintain nasal airway patency after molding for natural breathing.

Thickness Options:Available in 2.4mm, 2.8mm, and 3.2mm thicknesses to meet specific clinical requirements.

Shape Memory Performance:The thermoplastic material features shape memory capability, allowing remolding and reuse. If initial positioning is unsatisfactory, the material can be re-softened in 65°C-70°C water for reformation.

Important Notice:Re-molding is intended for repeated immobilization of the same patient only. Reusing immobilization films between different patients may lead to regulatory compliance issues.
